After lots of recommendations from friends and family we decided to go with Lovelle after a terrible and unsuccessful 4 months with another local agent. Samantha (the director) came to see us both, spent 3 hours guiding us, informing us about the local market, our property, our past experience and to generally reassure us both. 2 to 3 days later the property was listed. The article, photos, and marketing was fantastic. After, we were handed over to the other members of the team, Briony and Emily. We had 10 viewings, numerous above asking price offers and our home was sold in less than a week. The girls worked around our sometimes awkward working from home timescale, kept us updated throughout, guided us and overall, was a joy to work with! Emails were replied too within the hour. Any queries and concerns were resolved immediately and they didn’t stop to help us both, right up to completion. You can clearly see why these are one of the highest rated agents, they genuinely care about their clients and make a usually stressful time, very easy. On a slightly separate note, it’s nice to see a team of staff not only efficient but also very happy and dedicated within their roles.
