The phone call I received from Jess confirming that an offer over the asking price for my house had been made was clear and well-informed. I was able to raise a number of issues that will still need to be resolved and her response to these was very helpful and re-assuring. She promised to pass this information on to the rest of the team.

From the very outset I was very impressed with TM, particularly Anna who was honest, professional & very efficient. The team arranged many viewings & quickly secured a deal. There forward, the team managed the whole process liaising regularly between all parties. Anna then was able to give the deal a final push enabling me to complete before Christmas.
