Simon came out to give me an valuation on my property, he was so kind, he understood my circumstances. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and property prices in general. He very clearly explained all the options, giving me good advice and much food for thought. As I had explained that I wasn’t yet ready to make a decision whether to sell or rent, he never made me feel under pressure. When I do decide to sell I’ll definitely be contacting Simon again
