I have worked recently with Whitegates Huyton Letting Agency as a landlord. Roisin Nolan has done a very good job for me. She has fully captured my priorities and she has found the tenant exactly matching how I have asked for. She is very experienced in her work and she does the things very systematic, professional and on time. She is also always there to support any query immediately. Thanks to her and agency team.

Josh has been nothing but helpful since we first rang the estate agents to book a viewing. We are in the middle of purchasing a house now and he has been fantastic every step of the way; even going out of his way to ring us to congratulate us on getting our offer accepted when his colleague already had. If he says he will do something, he sticks to his word and he does it. Could not fault him 😊

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, I would highly recommend Whitegates if you are looking to sell your property. I called up and requested a valuation and the team accommodated my request to attend my property that day, Josh attended my property, very professional young man arranged for pictures and videos to be taken and listed the very next day. Amanda was absolutely brilliant, always happy to help me when I had any questions, she would always update me with any progress that was happening at every stage. Have been renting from white gates Huyton for a while now, these have been great to deal with especially Roisin who is always quick to respond with any enquiries or issues.

Just sold our house using Whitegates and even though there were a few hiccups (not Whitegates fault) everything was achieved as speedily as the process would allow. Amanda was very helpful and pleasant at all times, keeping us updated and pushing hard to resolve any issues. If I had one small issue it is how difficult it can be to get an answer on the telephone sometimes, other than that i would certainly recommend them to handle your sale. cheers Ken
