We were buyers. To be honest, I wouldn't really regard the Estate Agent as working for us - we were just dealing with them. However, I must say Whitegates were always available and responsive to our queries and it was nice that the same person, Amanda, was our contact throughout and she was a reassuring oasis of calm throughout the whole process.

We recently sold our house with whitegates and was so happy with them. We was passed onto Marissa who done such a good job. Kept us posted and chased the solicitors when we needed to get hold of them. Selling a house is stressful but having such a good estate agent helps alot. If anyone selling their house is reading this review, go with whitegates and ask for Marissa, you wont regret it. I cannot recommend Whitegates enough for their help buying my first home. I met with Joel the day after I pulled out of another property. He was very patient, showed me another house around the corner so I could get a perspective on the house I had booked to view. From writing my offer I told him I wanted this to be a quick sale and he did not disappoint- it took 7 weeks! He answered every phone call, answered every question. I cannot believe he made the sale so easy!

From acceptance of offer to completion in 8 weeks! Good communications with all of the Whitegates staff, particularly Joel, and the use of the Kriva app were effective in managing the whole process. Would recommend!

Helpful, and one of the better estate agents who get you to view houses, where some agents don't have the manpower and you have to wait 2 weeks. Friendly staff, dealt with Joshua at Huyton, always pleasant and professional.
