Being able to permanently leave the UK, and leave a property in the hands of someone else, requires a significant amount of trust, and confidence, but Northwood always left us feeling that our property was in their safe hands - and so it proved to be. However, with Laura's many years of experience she was able to advise me on the correct wording to write to the landlord to ask for a reasonable decrease on the rent for my rental extension, to reflect current market conditions and my willingness to rent long term. I am delighted to report that they thought my request reasonable and we saved £200 per month!
