We had not sold a house for over 30 years so were somewhat out of touch with procedures but Susan kept us updated and reassured us at every stage of the process and thanks to her everything seemed to proceed seamlessly and we really feel she went the extra mile in achieving a good deal for us. Her warm, friendly approach immediately put us at ease and gave us complete confidence in her and we would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.

I called Sarah Mains to check out a property I was interested in, but instead I was sent to voice mail and they promised to call me back. And they did, even if it was to inform me that the property was already rented out. I know that replying back is just a simple expectation, but nonetheless I'd like to make my efforts to applaud for that after I was treated with no replies several times from other agencies.

We completed today and must say the service from Sarah Mains has been spot on from start to finish. Totally modern, thoroughly embracing technology which is essential but, equally important, providing a level of service that is all-too-often hard to find these days. You feel properly "owned" and valued by one of the team at each stage of the process.
