I've recently been using Martin & Co to assist with a rental enquiry and they have been excellent to work with. Hannah Jackson and the team at Saltaire took time to understand the situation and worked hard to assist and be proactive, rather than procedurally driven. Martin & Co Lettings & Estate Agents has been absolutely great and I'd recommend getting in touch if looking to rent. I sent a request in to view a shared living house rent and was promptly contacted with a suitable viewing. When I arrived at the property, Jodie was great. After making an amiable and down to earth induction, she showed us around the property (which was absolutely lovely and very well maintained!). Jodie was considerable to what I was looking for and supportive to facilitate this with helpful communication to the landlord.
