Excellent Service
The Staff at Brian Holt Kenilworth are most helpful, friendly have provide an excellent service. Even after sale and purchase they continue to remain friendly and helpful within our Town. I would highly recommend their services..

Definitely the Best in Town!
It was a pleasure to deal with real people rather than the stereotypical pushy salesmen estate agent approach. Anna was the crucial lynchpin in our sale (covering much of our solicitor's responsibilities too!) and eased the whole process. Julie and Sarah were always professional and friendly; the whole team quickly built up a rapport and we then established open and transparent communications. Having used two other Estate Agents in Kenilworth (to buy and sell), we can honestly say that Brian Holt are head and shoulders above the competition!

Sale of my leasehold flat in Kenilworth
Having been in my property for 32 years I found the selling process and purchase of another property a very stressful experience due to the length of time taken by the conveyancers but I can honestly say the process was made a lot easier by the calm and professional way that Brian Holt estate agents handled the whole process.. My contact, Anna Withers, continually pushed the process forward and was always calm and reassuring. It was a pleasure to deal with her and the rest of the team who were always friendly and professional.
