Jack Basson Senior Valuer for Miles and Barr of Ramsgate. Is knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic to the requirements of needing a valuation for the purposes of probate. A free valuation service dealt with a timely manner in a professional standard. Good understanding of the recent trends in the local property sales market, supplies information on likeminded properties and the sale price’s. He gave me a peace of mind and trust in his judgment on the actual market valuation of my late father’s leasehold property. Even kind enough to supply this as an email and also a hard copy for legal documentation to a solicitor. Excellent customer service by the full team. We bought our home through Miles & Barr and cannot rate them highly enough. They went above and beyond in all aspects, and made moving home a far less stressful experience for us. We dealt with the Ramsgate branch. When my Mum decide to relocate from abroad last year we went through Miles & Barr for her new home. My sister in law is now also hoping to find their new home also. We would highly recommend Miles & Barr to anyone.
