My entire experience with Henderson Connellan was a fantastic, stress free and very helpful one. In terms of equality and diversity Henderson Connellan is doing a great job and if i decide to buy a house one day I would want to use their service again, a lot of the service was done electronically on a safe and secure website where payments were made through. On the day of the viewing the member of staff adhered to the face mask and social distancing rule whilst still being completely friendly. Once I expressed my interest in the property it was only a matter of hours before i was told the offer had been accepted and we soon began the paperwork. everything was done online and even though i had to contact the office a few times they were ever so helpful to me each time. The agent that assisted me Connie, guided me through every stage until the signing of the documents and collection of the key. and even helping to provide me with further documents after moving in.
