Sold and purchased through CJ Hole. Amazing estate agents. Went above and beyond for us. Communication through out was excellent and rapid by the whole team. Supported us with chasing solicitors (knew more about our progress than we did at times). Happy to allow us extra access to the property for renovators to measure up and quote. Chased all parties and enabled us to complete a 3 house chain in 3 months to meet the school application deadline. Would highly highly recommend. Can not fault them! A great selling fee and for the service we receive I wouId have been happy to pay more!

My experience with CJ Hole and the team has been nothing but positive. Since deciding to list the house for sale with them we've been kept in the loop with every detail that has happened during the selling process. This was especially important to me as I live far from the property being sold and didn't want to have any issues that needed face to face discussions.
