As a first-time buyer, I've had some uneasy interactions with some estate agents where I have felt like information hadn't been clear or there was a lack of preparation when fielding questions. Lindsay at CJ Hole is the polar opposite: a genuinely warm and friendly person, who was able to answer questions about multiple properties, and open and honest when providing further information on request. She even rolled-up her sleeves and sorted out the drainage in a property during Storm Darragh!
