Fantastic service, nothing to much trouble, good local knowledge, very supportive during a difficult sale for us as a family.

Darren and his team were fantastic from start to finish. After struggling to sell with another agent, I asked Darren to take the property. Without hesitation he took the property on his books and thanks to his amazing social media advertising we were finally getting viewings booked in left, right and centre. Once a sale was agreed Darren worked tirelessly up until and after completion. A simple chain free sale had hit some snags along the way and took longer than we expected but Darren always remained professional and was able to provide 5 star service throughout helping us achieve our sale. I would very highly recommend anyone to Darren and his team if you are selling or buying a property you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service

In all aspects of the transaction Darren was fantastic. At the outset he was always on time, his valuation was very sensible (and achievable) and the details/photographs were spot on. We had a couple of viewings very quickly the second of which made an offer which after some discussion was raised (Darren was an excellent middle man) and which we then accepted. All pretty painless so far. Unfortunately however as the legals commenced it transpired that there was an issue around the title to one of the other properties in the chain. This issue alongside some very slow and disorganised lawyers had the potential to completely stall the process and if it had not been for Darren this might well have been the case. His endless energy and willingness to chase everyone involved to the point of making himself unpopular was what got us there in the end and we successfully completed pre Christmas in line with everyones wishes. If I ever need another estate agent theres no one else I would use.

Great use of Social Media; honest and kind!

We found Mather Marshall through social media and we really appreciated the online presence. As busy London commuters, finding a house was tricky but being able to spot ones we liked on social media was revolutionary. Darren was a great agent and saw to our every need. He was quick at responding to us and extremely kind and knowledgeable. His honesty and professional integrity were so refreshing - not characteristics often associated with estate agents! It made the whole experience of buying our house fantastically smooth and easy. On moving day, he greeted us with flowers, vouchers and a lovely scented candle, which was such a perfect touch.
