Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

The team are amazing. I was able to book a viewing really quickly, and as soon as I put an offer in, the communication, help and advice has been invaluable. Ross has been truly exceptional in getting my exchange over the line and kept me updated daily on progress and next steps at all times. Would highly recommend

As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this estate agency. The whole process was smooth and well managed from start to finish. Big thanks to Ross, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything much easier!

Helpful team

We have had such a brilliant experience with selling our property with Bonnie from Simpson and Marwick. From the first time she came to visit, she was very professional and organised and had already done research on our area, she was very well prepared. Bonnie ensured a quick turn around for us getting our property on the market throughout with efficient communication with everyone involved. She gave great advice on selling points and on the offers over price for putting on the market. When we had queries at different points in our sale, she was very understanding, supportive and patient with us and helped us feel happy with how we proceeded. She was very easily contactable and responded quickly to any questions. We would highly recommend working with Bonnie and will definitely come back to her if need be in the future. The whole team were great with organising viewings etc. Thank you Bonnie and team!

I had a great experience with Simpson & Marwick. Their response time was excellent, and the team was consistently professional throughout. Communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring at every stage. Highly recommended.

What a legend! Sold my home in 6 days for above asking price. Fantastic communication, down to Earth, refreshingly reliable and the best combo of having a sense of humour yet keeping everything professional. Motivated and passionate, he’s only a call or text away from answering all queries and always on hand to help, anytime of the day. So much better than other estate agents who see it as just another 9-5. Keep doing what you’re doing James! Couldn’t ask for a better estate agent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ozzie Minhas was brilliant from start to finish, especially as this was my first buy-to-let. He made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming than I expected and explained everything in a really clear, straightforward way. He was always quick to respond whenever I had questions, which made a big difference. He put in a lot of effort in finding the right deal for me and keeping me updated throughout. The whole process couldn't be any smoother thanks to him setting it up so well! He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. I’d definitely recommend Ozzie to anyone, especially if you’re new to buy-to-let (or looking for your first residential!) and want someone reliable, easy and friendly to deal with. Thanks again for all your help!

Very helpful throughout the process. Ross kept me up to date with developments and went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could. Highly recommend using Kings Group if you are looking for an estate agent

Very professional and pleasure to do business with. The sale of house was stress free and Ross kept me in the loop throughout the process and went the extra mile, highly recommended, second time I have used them and again another superb service provided.
