Team JDG are amazing! This business is completely in-tune with the Lancaster property market and buyers and sellers requirements. They previously helped sell other properties in our street, so we knew they also had a proven track record locally in connection with our type of house. So much so that when we participated in a COVID-safe initial consultation and virtual valuation tour with Michelle, it quickly became apparent that there were buyers waiting. One viewing, pre-release onto the market, brought an immediate and acceptable offer which progressed through to successful completion.
