After a long search to find a flat with many other agents for about 3 months, I found Martin and co, where they provided flat within 2 weeks. Martin and co lancaster is very easy to approach, Caitlin is very friendly, she responds to the email quickly and calls back if she couldnt pick up. I am a happy tenant with Martin and co, highly recomended!

I have used Martin & Co for many years to rent my property. In the recent years I have dealt with Caitlin, and I am extremely happy with the service she provides. Very efficient and fair. I rely on her input very often since I live overseas and cannot deal with certain property matters myself. She really is very helpful.
