I have been using Martin & Co for a number of years to manage my rental apartment in Leeds city. I had a water leak which caused extensive damage to the apartment as well as other areas of the building. Sue Wilson came to my rescue on a late Friday afternoon and went beyond my expectations in getting a plumber to sort things out as well as to reassure me things were in hand. Her follow up has been timely and professional and I am not sure what I would have done without her. I cant recommend her and her team enough.

I had a power cut in my property and I called Martin and co for this issue, thank god that Hafeez was the person who replied!! I don’t think anyone would take it that seriously and try his best to solve this problem, update me with everything and being patient.

We selected Martin & Co over other agencies due to the personal approach and down to earth nature of Scott Sharp and others at the agency. Scott was really knowledgeable and helpful, always available to talk through any queries, and made the letting out of our house a smooth process in difficult circumstances as we are not landlords but are moving temporarily due to family circumstances. Scott and the team helped to take the stress out of the move for us and we are very grateful for all of their help and support.

The lovely people at Martin & Co have really helped me in finding a new home. Scott helped me in viewing the property and sorting out the application, and Sue was helpful when I was working through my references. As well, everyone at the office was super kind and accommodating. It’s now been a couple of weeks since I moved in, and I absolutely love the place! Just wanted to shoutout Sue who has been fantastic since making contact with me. I live in a property that had flooded and our previous letting agents were less than helpful. I was left with no flooring and stains all over the walls and ceilings due to the flood - this continued for three months. Fortunately, my landlord moved us to Martin & Co and in the short time since we started with them, we now finally have dates for decorating and flooring to be put in. The empathy and dedication shown by Sue to get this sorted quickly has been so reassuring and meaningful after what has been a dire few months. Thanks again Sue and the extended team.
