Sue who looks after our portfolio at Martin and Co is the person you need looking after your properties! We are always well informed / kept up to date on the properties both while tenanted and in between tenancies. Sue takes care of everything for us giving us time to focus on other projects which is a massive help! She is full of knowledge, always polite and our tenants always seem to have a good relationship with her too! Any landlords looking for a hassle free service I couldn’t recommend sue and the team enough!

A quick note to say how brilliant Hafeez has been since taking over management of my property. Whilst I am very happy with Martin and Co in general, since Hafeez has taken over day to day responsibility it has made my life a lot easier. When a problem occurs he will firstly call, identifying the issue, provided a solution and then follow up with an email. As a landlord this removes the admin burden and I can rely on Hafeez to sort the problem in a time and cost efficient manner.
