12 months ago one property needed a complete refurbishment. Sue took complete charge of the “project” which was done quickly, on a tight budget, and without fuss. I could not recommend Sue and Martin & Co more highly

Renting Experience - Professional and Attentive

Recently moved into a new apartment - Beth and the agency at Leeds City Centre have made sure that the process between the initial viewing to the move-in date of the apartment is as smooth as it can be. When we moved in, there were several issues with the apartment and our property manager Talana has always been professional, friendly, and very quick to acknowledge and respond to the issues on our behalf. We feel comfortable and at ease knowing that Talana and the agency are attentive and at arm's reach, and we would highly recommend them.

One member of staff, Reece, was more than helpful. He was extremely kind, approachable and honest with us throughout the whole process. Reece was more than happy to help us, in person and over the phone. Overall, his service and the company is highly professional and could not recommend more. Despite the difficulty of finding the perfect flat to rent, they managed this and we could not be happier.

quick response for maintenance issues

Had a carpet fitting in the property I'm renting that'd gone wrong, leaving quite a few maintenance issue to be addressed. Mr Hafeez from Martin & Co was quickly on the issue once involved, managed to call contractor out on a weekend before bank holiday, all was done and dusted within few hours resolving a number of very serious issues. I'm even more impressed he chose to help despite the issues being related to a property he doesn't look after in his portfolio.

Resolving maintenance Issues

Quick review for HAF at Martin and Co, excellent service given when reacting to a maintenance problem in my apartment. Had an engineer round and problem resolved all within half a day of reporting.
