New City Dweller

I recently moved to Leeds and this was my first experience of renting. Michael was recommended to me and after meeting with me several times he found the perfect place ! I love living in Leeds and I have to thank Michael for his excellent advice. I would have no hesitation in introducing prospective City Dwellers to Michael at Martin & Co.

The Perfect move.......

I would say from the outset Bailey was very professional and friendly made the process very easy to understand every step of the way, even when I was having a wobble waiting for the references to come through. Thank you for being patient and reassuring with me......

Overseas landlords - Nothing but praise!

My husband & I live in Hong Kong & were in Leeds for 2 days over the Summer looking for an investment property to buy to let. We couldn't have been happier with the professionalism & speed at which Helen worked - she showed us the perfect flat on our first day & only second property so knew exactly what we were looking for & didn't waste our time. Steven's help was much appreciated in finding tenants for our flat & car park space (literally the weekend after the contracts of S&P exchanged) - my husband & I were amazed at how quickly he did it - they moved in the following week paying the full asking rental no questions asked; sending us the background check report before they got he keys. Both were very responsive on emails, friendly & informal which we liked & provided practical answers to our questions. If you're overseas, want to invest in Leeds & looking for a great trusted service I would highly recommend Helen as your primary trusted adviser & manager with Steven as your lettings manager. We would go back to them both in a heartbeat when we want to invest again. Thanks again Martin & Co!

Couldn't ask for a better agent.

Martin and Co look after two properties in Leeds Center for me and nothing has been to much trouble for them, they took over the properties from another agent I had in the area, and I can not be more pleased. Professional, polite and everything bang on time.

A lovely move thanks to dedicated staff

Our move 7 hours across the country (due to a new job opportunity) was made significantly easier thanks to Sue at Martin & Co. She flexibly worked around our circumstances to help us move into a really lovely flat in the perfect location. Her friendly communication and care for us was clear to see. Because of Sue, we felt much calmer about the move and so far everything has gone to plan. Thank you so much Sue and the Leeds Martin & Co team 😊

Replacement of relevant issues at my rented home for my comfort
