I found the property with the help of Matthew who was helping me with my relocation and had seen a few apartments prior to our meeting which honestly was not really pleasant.😅 The house is really nice, cosy, well maintained and hygienic (which was my major concern after viewing few houses earlier). Also, Thanks for being patient with me and answering all my queries throughout the process. I was a bit nervous as it is my first time renting in the UK and you made sure that everything went well without any complications. I appreciate your help and guidance. A quick note to say how brilliant Hafeez has been since taking over management of my property. Whilst I am very happy with Martin and Co in general, since Hafeez has taken over day to day responsibility it has made my life a lot easier. When a problem occurs he will firstly call, identifying the issue, provided a solution and then follow up with an email. As a landlord this removes the admin burden and I can rely on Hafeez to sort the problem in a time and cost efficient manner.
