A clear, honest and reliable agent for landlords

I have been using Martin & Co's services for about 10 years. They have been reliable and honest, have given me sound advice and taken very good care of my property. There has barely been any void period in the entire time, the tenants they have found have been first rate, and I have been very happy with the standard of service I have received over this entire time. I would happily recommend them.

I cannot fault any of the staff, I have dealt with. Being an overseas buyer, they made it such a stress free deal, and continue to do the same now, as they manage it for me. Every little thing is dealt with at speed, and the communication is fantastic. I have bought many properties over the years, I just wish they could have been with Martin & co. I know my next will be. Absolutely one of the best estate agents I have used.

We have been using Martin and Co. Leeds City for over 6 years for our rental properties. They are competent and professional and have always sourced good tenants for us. They deal with maintenance issue swiftly and by using regulated contracts. Martin and Co. have also been excellent at switching between rental and sales side of services. Mr and Mrs Patel

Excellent

I've asked Helen at Martin and Co to manage the sale of my flat in Leeds, I am extremely busy with work and live in London. It was important to me that I had an agent who would just get on with things. Helen has just got on and solved the issues that arose....no mean feat!

Excellent service and communication.

Michael has proved himself to be a very professional agent ,always keeping us fully informed of developments and nothing was ever too much trouble. He has proved himself very capable and made a potentially difficult experience seem very straight forward without any fuss at all.

Professional...

Helen has been very professional in her dealings and communication with me. Cannot fault her one bit. Speedy, concise, helpful everything a customer would need thus far! Her colleague who took my proofs in her absence was equally as helpful and polite... Nice people to deal with. As a car salesman i know that staff like these ensure positive recommendation which is the best form of advertising... Keep up the good work guys! A+ or 5 stars.
