I’ve had an exceptional experience renting a flat with Martin & Co. They stand out for their consistent professionalism and helpfulness. Every interaction with them was smooth, and they were always quick to respond and resolve any concerns. Problem with the laundry machine? A technician who fixed it was present at my flat the day after I reported an issue. Problem with the oven? They have ordered a new one. Problem with the water cylinder? Technician was at my place a day after the report. My relationship with them has been the best I’ve experienced with any agency. It’s unfortunate that their flats are in such high demand; I was eager to continue renting through them but couldn’t secure another property due to their quick turnover. Very good service for reasonable fees. I deal with Affy Hussain inches Leicester office, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anything to do with renting and selling. He also knows the local property market so always provides the best advice.
