However, it is damaging to our business and also inaccurate, so I am going to state the facts: Your tenancy ended only 4 days before you posted this and 2 of those were the weekend. Everything was dealt on day 5 after the end of your tenancy, which is well within acceptable timescales. Your comments about our service are not fair or true. If we wanted to be unprofessional, we would give you a "review".

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service over the phone when you tried to book a property viewing. It isn't right to discuss your personal situation here, but if you would like some further help or clarification please contact me directly on the business phone number. We are sometimes restricted to which tenants we can consider and try not to book viewings then disappoint people by telling them afterwards that they don't fit the criteria.
