The people working in the letting department in Baldock are rude, very abrupt and uninterested in maintaining properties to the standard specified. Their main objective regarding deposits is to retain as much as possible for fabricated reasons. An absolute disgrace and they are the worst Agents I have come across in 30 years of private renting. Keep clear is my advice unless you like doing business with mendacious thieves.
