An excellent experience. I had not bought or sold a house for 50 years during which time so many things had changed that I was almost a beginner. I had continuous and gentle help from the staff at Lightwater, especially, from Mr. Ben Granville who was always cheerful (when I was not! Apologies!) and who tactfully steered me round an awkward (alleged) potential buyer and very quickly found me another buyer who has now bought my house. I had previously sounded out other estate agents in my area, but Chancellors seemed to have the most professional and "clued up" approach. I would have no qualms about recommending them to any other person who wished to sell their house

People have told me that Estate Agents can be a nightmare but Chancellors were great! Toby Gosher, Holly Valentine, Philip Dyason (to name a few) were amazing. Chancellors will be the first place I think of if/when I come to move again.
