She is professional, polite, diligent and always comes back to me she is very easy to deal with. Casey Gramson (account manager) has always been very professional and performed tirelessly and diligently especially during a challenging time with a particularly tricky client. Excellent service from Riya & Holly, would certainly recommend Lightwater Chancellors to others. Not such an excellent service from the Financial team, never bothered to get back to us (Scott), use somebody independently.

I didn't take Holly's advice to use Chancellors in-house/recommended solicitors and regret this - please use them if you are able to (despite being a little more expensive you will not be disappointed and the service will be second to none).

We had very good experience with Chancellors Bicester. Natasha was helping us to find a new place here. She spent with us 2 days showing houses around and being very lovely and professional. She explained us everything, step by step, how agency works and then we decided to rent a house with Chancellors. She informed us about everything by email so we didn't have any problems. We just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!
