I am currently in the process of buying my first home through Chancellors. After our offer was accepted we asked to go and see the house again, Gareth was brilliant. I do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.
