We owe our beautiful home to Arabella Wiltshire. 3 years ago we walked into the Botley branch and met the wonderful Arabella. I was heavily pregnant and we were about to be made homeless. I sat there and cried. Arabella went above and beyond to resolve our situation and find us a place we could call home. She acted more like a friend than someone we had never met before. She made us her mission. And on our second meeting even gave me some strawberry laces to make me smile. Such compassionate and friendly service. And she did find us the most beautiful home that we are still in today. Over the past 3 years she has been friendly and provided such a warm, personal, caring service. And made finding our new home so easy. Nothing but excellent.
