Having had my property managed by ryder and dutton for many years, I've found the staff very helpful. From Ruth Dickson to Naomi Pryce and in the last couple of years Madeleine Hodgson. They have all responded to issues with the property and helping me out with queries of my own. I have lived in a rental property in Lindley since June 2018 which has been managed by Madeleine Hodgson at Ryder & Dutton. I have always been very impressed by Madeleine’s professionalism & her friendly & approachable manner. Any time I have had an issue with the property it has always been dealt with quickly & efficiently (either by email or over the phone). My daughter & I are moving to Kent in a few days & Madeleine’s recent good wishes for our move were very genuine.
