My husband and I initially had a viewing at a different property but once we told Sarah it was too secluded for my disabilities, she immediately mentioned sovereign court. We viewed straight away & decided to accept. Naomi was professional and always kept us up to date...even managed to get us a discount on our rent 😊 We then got our signing date and met Moira a the property who was equally polite and professional explain most things. The only thung she couldn't explain was the central heating and it's the only thing we are struggling with 🤔 I honestly cannot fault the service we have received from Ryder & dutton & would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from both Madeline Hodgson and Naomi Pryce from the beginning to the end. Over the last 20 years as a landlord I have used several of the independent estate agents in Holmfirth and I would not recommend any of them for various reasons.
