As good as thier word, Northwood sent an engineer to fix a fault on our central heating. The engineer was quick and very helpful.

Ellie May has been fantastic, I originally viewed a property that wasn't for me, however Ellie has stayed in touch to help me find a more suitable accommodation for myself, she's very enthusiastic and a real credit to her employers, well done and keep up the good work!!

I have just rented a property from northwood and all the staff have been amazing especially emma from northwood west derby she kept in contact while all checks where being done and anythink i needed or wanted to ask big or small it wasnt a problem for her to answer and help us with.
