We have found Northwood to be very helpful, and they are responsive when we have an issue. When our heating broke in November, they arranged for it to be repaired within a couple of hours. Fran has inspected the property on a couple of occasions, and was helpful with questions each time. Much better experience with this company than we have had with others.
