We are currently in the process of finding our new home and we can honestly say Northwood have been the best Estate Agent we have dealt with, they’re fantastic, especially Joanne. Joanne has been a pleasure to deal with, we couldn’t ask for a more accommodating and proactive person.

Had to have a shower tray replaced due to a crack and the landlord was quick to agree and Northwood were quick to deal with. The guys that did the job did a fantastic job and communicated with us professionally through out, there was a hitch which delayed the job but that doesn't matter as the completed work is first class

Fantastic experience with Northwood Liverpool. I have been helped by both Jess and Rhea who have been amazing with communicating any updates and taking me through the application process for one of their properties. Both Jess and Rhea are really easy to talk to and have put me at ease throughout the entire process, both through email and on the phone. I would definitely recommend Northwood to anyone as I have had the easiest experience whilst being helped by their extremely friendly staff. I also found their videos on YouTube to be extremely useful when looking into different properties - this really helped to confirm my decision. Again, big thank you to Jess and Rhea for their help.
