Jo has been amazing through our entire property search. She has seen a couple of houses with us and was delighted to show us the house that we have finally bought. She has been extremely attentive after we agreed the purchase and has already shown us the house extra times to allow us to measure up too. She has kept in touch frequently to check in on where the process is at, and has always been so positive.

Highly Professional

Ruth and her team at West Derby Village took over the rental of our two houses in March and July 2020. Once the Covid Lockdown was lifted both were let within 2 months. They have provided highly professional services and deal with issues promptly.

Joanne has been incredible in helping us with our house search. She showed us an older property a month or so ago that wasn't right for us, but she remembered us when we saw the house that we are buying, and has always been excellent with communicating and helping us to feel like we are the only customers that she is dealing with.
