Maintenance manager Ellie Ealey is very organized and efficient she gets the balance right between managing tenants and landlords needs and expectations whilst facilitating contractors such as myself to carry out works required. I had viewed properties with quite a few agents and sadly not all agents turn up at the stated time staff at Northwood are amongst the most professional I have come across both from making appointment to arriving at appointment. So I contacted Northwood as a prospective landlord seeing as they are local and an ever popular agent in my area... After submitting an online query via their contact form, the team were quickly in touch to understand my needs and see if they could be of service. Just a few weeks later my property has a tenant in place, whilst using agents is not always something I understand people wish to do when letting, for me this experience has been a breeze. Whilst giving me peace of mind around accounts and viewings, it also importantly ensured the tenant was happy and looked after when moving into their new home.
