As a first time buyer, I was unaware of the process and Emma was very helpful with guiding me on buying my house. Even though I didn't end up buying the house from Northwood, I would highly recommend speaking to Emma when wanting to buy a house. She is great!

Really positive experience, friendly staff and no problems with our property which is extremely rare as within a few weeks, there are always problems to report. They provided a detailed inventory. Would definitely use Northwood if I owned my property.
