I recently moved in to a flat in Liverpool. Helen was brilliant, professional and very friendly. I can’t recommend Qube Residential enough.

I honestly cannot thank my letting agent (Diane McCarthy) enough for everything she has done for us. From the very first conversation, she made us feel completely at ease with her warmth, kindness, and genuine care. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience turned into something smooth, positive, and even enjoyable because of her. Her professionalism and experience truly shine through in everything she does, but what makes her so special is the heart she brings to her work. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, listened with patience, and guided us with such honesty and reassurance. At every step, she was supportive, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect, always checking in, always making sure we were comfortable, and always putting our needs first. Her dedication, reliability, and attention to detail gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. Thanks to her hard work and genuine commitment, we found our flat in such a short space of time, and we couldn’t be happier. I was having ongoing issues with Airbnb, including suspended listings, which left my property sitting empty. I spoke with Helen about moving the property to a long-term rental, gave her access, and left it in her hands. Within just three days she had found a tenant and was already asking me to sign a long-term tenancy agreement. I couldn’t believe how quickly she worked. Since then, any questions or follow-ups I’ve had have been answered within hours. I’m now able to take a completely hands-off approach with this property. Great customer service. I had an issue with a payment and Lydia Clarke was very helpful and quick to respond. She was polite and explained everything that was happening to get things sorted. I very rarely give out 5 stars for customer service, but this one is well deserved. Please keep up the good work!
