I was having ongoing issues with Airbnb, including suspended listings, which left my property sitting empty. I spoke with Helen about moving the property to a long-term rental, gave her access, and left it in her hands. Within just three days she had found a tenant and was already asking me to sign a long-term tenancy agreement. I couldn’t believe how quickly she worked. Since then, any questions or follow-ups I’ve had have been answered within hours. I’m now able to take a completely hands-off approach with this property. Great customer service. I had an issue with a payment and Lydia Clarke was very helpful and quick to respond. She was polite and explained everything that was happening to get things sorted.
