This was a complicated sale with a tenant protected by Covid legislation from landlord exercising AST break clause when a buyer appeared who wanted vacant possession. The delicacy of the situation was exacerbated by the tenant's ransom demand (£10k!) to leave prematurely, but in accordance with AST break-clause, to allow the sale to proceed. Both Che and Dominik handled the situation professionally and ably, pacifying and keeping the buyer onboard while handling the tenant with kid gloves to ensure his removal at the end of the AST without ransom - even though HMG legislation and extended S21 notice would've given him yet another month! In the result, a successful sale and happy rehoused tenant whose attempt to exploit his windfall position was frustrated by good estate agent-ing by the very professional M&Co team, imHo! Well done!
