Sold before anybody stepped into my house!
Using the latest equipment, ABC posted beautiful pictures and a wonderful Virtual 360 Degree Tour of my property on line, which meant that it was sold even before anybody stepped into my house.

A unique service
Having used other agents previously, I believe ABC Estates have offered a unique service with regards to the management of my property. The staff have gone above and beyond what I have expected & I cannot thank them enough for all their help in what has not been an easy Tenancy.

Best recommendation i can pass along
I was badly let down by an agency when I marketed my home. A friend recommended me to ABC, who provided an excellent and friendly service and had my property under offer within days. They dealt with the sales progression vigorously and efficiently and we exchanged contracts within four weeks. I am absolutely delighted.

a pleasure
I would not hesitate in recommending ABC as an agent, they took over the management of the rental flat we reside in and I have found them on any occasion I have needed them (even on an emergency out of hours) to be really helpful, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.

Appalling agency!
My tenant pays the rent regularly before it's due but agency insists on delaying payment despite my repeat complaints! Will be looking for another agency and definitely wouldn't recommend it
