Great Agent, personal, experienced, rare in the local market.
Our experience with Malcolm was entirely positive, unlike the large chain of agents we had been with previously we had excellent contact and a long term personal involvement in all the details of our complicated chain. It makes a huge difference to deal with the same people who know your property and circumstances, rather than struggling with a large office of junior agents, having to constantly re-explain your situation as we found elsewhere. Alywne and Malcolm's long experience in the sector really showed, with always friendly, trustworthy advice and support - this really makes a difference in a sometimes cutthroat market. Highly recommended.

Good friendly agent
I had my flat in N4 for sale with Alwyne together with a more local agent, Winkworths. Although they were not in the immediate area Alwyne found me a buyer chain free at a decent price. Malcolm Levy was very helpful and kept me fully informed in an honest way all the way along the line.

Excellent professional service
I recently sold a flat through Alwyne Estates. I found their advice and service excellent. They priced my flat at the correct level, produced excellent details with quality photos. Arranged several viewing and concluded a rapid sale. I dealt with Malcolm Levy who has extensive local knowledge and was very experienced, I appreciated his advice throughout the sale, and he kept the solicitors involved on their toes which resulted in a quick transaction. From initial marketing to completion of sale in under 12 weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and Malcolm in particular. IJC

Personal & knowledgeable agents
I sold my property through Alywne Estates recently and have been extremely happy with the service provided. Malcolm Levy & Charles Keegan provided a personal approach and kept me informed on every step, it was nice to feel I could trust them & know the sale was cared about. Thank you again

Excellent agents

The Best in Islington.
Alwyne Estates are exceptionally good, both in terms of finding good tenants and in the management of property. I would highly recommend them. Chris Haralambous, in the management department, is one of the most helpful and amenable people I have had the pleasure to work with... nothing is too much trouble, he is courteous and efficient and any work needed is done quickly, to a high standard and a very fair price. I have been with various other agents in Islington, all of whom I have found wanting. I can only say that you need look no further than Alwyne Estates.

Renting a property
My experience of Alwyne Estates was positive when renting a flat. They were responsive to correspondence and moved things forward. They were professional and acted as a good mediator between the landlord and tenants. They were flexible in meeting us outside of office hours despite the extra pressures of entering a holiday period.

Chris was extremely helpful!
Chris from Alwyne was extremely responsive and helpful when we asked him to open the door to our home to an engineer who could only come to do works during working hours. Was greatly appreated. I just wish our landlord would decide to invest in the common areas of the building which are in an appalling state!
