What I liked the most - it was honesty and fast work. Usually agencies are not honest with you, if they are not happy with your offer or they found someone else, the stop picking the phone, avoid contact etc. With Base Properties everything went smoothly. We were interested in property and we wanted to make a deal and move in as soon as possible. And we did.
