What I liked the most - it was honesty and fast work. Usually agencies are not honest with you, if they are not happy with your offer or they found someone else, the stop picking the phone, avoid contact etc. With Base Properties everything went smoothly. We were interested in property and we wanted to make a deal and move in as soon as possible. And we did. Cooperation was excellent, agents friendly and patient, explained everything to us and helped a lot when we faced some problems with the agreement. I have rented the same property through base for around 5 years now and have always been impressed with their hands on approach and excellent customer service, however in the past 12 months they have excelled themselves in particularly Andy Tucknott. Being on hand after having to temporally vacate the property last year, due to redecoration following a leak to literary saving last Christmas, when the fridge broke a few days before.
