Base have embraced the needs of both tenant and landlord and work tirelessly to serve both. I would definately recommend them.

I have rented the same property through base for around 5 years now and have always been impressed with their hands on approach and excellent customer service, however in the past 12 months they have excelled themselves in particularly Andy Tucknott. Being on hand after having to temporally vacate the property last year, due to redecoration following a leak to literary saving last Christmas, when the fridge broke a few days before. Resolving any issues raised, whether large or small with professionalism and a understanding of the tenants needs. Well done Base.

What I liked the most - it was honesty and fast work. Usually agencies are not honest with you, if they are not happy with your offer or they found someone else, the stop picking the phone, avoid contact etc. With Base Properties everything went smoothly. We were interested in property and we wanted to make a deal and move in as soon as possible. And we did. Cooperation was excellent, agents friendly and patient, explained everything to us and helped a lot when we faced some problems with the agreement. When we have minor inconveniences, Base Properties always listen to us and fix whenever there is something we need to be fixed. We are satisfied and happy so far. Thank you, Base Properties.

I was initially impressed by the advice offered by An when checking out which letting agent to use, she not only offered plenty of information about Base services but also other impartial advice about letting in general. Having since been with Base from April 2014, I have also been impressed by the maintenance service given by Andy - prompt communication and resolution of issues, which has given me peace of mind that the flat is being well-maintained whilst I am abroad. Very satisfied with my choice of letting agent and would be very confident recommending them to anyone.
