Jamie is truly excellent at his job as well as being a very nice guy so he somehow made the stressful process enjoyable! We were kept informed every step of the way and also had great support from Ellen and Michelle. Through Jamie's dedication and hard work we were able to move from offer accepted to completion in a few days over 2 months which undercuts our previous purchase experiences by a significant margin. B&K just sold my flat. Had such a great experience with the team - Jamie, Ellen & Michelle. Their customer service is excellent and very different to the experience I have had with most other estate agents. They really made us feel like they care and are invested in our sale and I really appreciated their honesty and how down to earth they are. They navigated tricky parts of the sale well and remained professional throughout. Dealing with the same people from start to finish really makes a different too.
