The buyers encountered lengthy delays due to an unusual situation with their mortgage application but Simon went above and beyond as a go-between and helped as much as he could to push things through. The company is well-respected locally and the charging was modest and fair in contrast to some of their rivals. Selling a property is an extremely stressful business you need a reliable and honest agent. The real bonus for me was that they looked after all the viewings.
