Finding a place to live in London is a nightmare but Ellis and Co was a good choice in this process. My partner and I had an AWFUL experience with Foxtons Temple Fortune in the past so we didn't expect things would go smoothly this time, but Sara Tesfu was a nice surprise! She made this process smooth as possible, always replying our emails promptly... She really know how to do her job - thing we didn't see in Foxtons agents. Jason Davis dealt with the sale of my dads house which was so complicated as we applied for probate at the same time as putting the house up for sale. There were so many problems with the probate as executors were involved who were very difficult to contact. Jason sold the house within minutes and dealt tirelessly with the sale and proceedings over the next 5 months trying to get everything through as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
