I’ve booked a viewing for 10 am and then in the same day about 9:35 am I had a phone Phone call from Ellis & co by one of them rude staff which he doesn’t know how to speak to the client and how to serve the customer and he was trying to explain me what happened,he told me someone put the deposit down last night !! LAST NIGHT ?? ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️AVOID TO DEAL WITH THIS USLESS AGANCY PLUS THE RUDE STAFF ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

The Director Jatender Chaggar was very disrespectful in my home and appeared to be extremely arrogant I was disgusted by his attitude and asked him to vacate my property! I will inform my colleagues who are property entrepreneurs in the area and will be sure to inform others about my experience to ensure that they too are not mistreated. I had four other estate agents arrive after Jatender arrived, i mentioned to them what had happened and they didn't appear surprised and confirmed that they were know to them as a local business and also found them to be rude and that they were known for their shear arrogance. You have been around for 30 years! And only have 42 reviews,..jokers. Its very likely the reviews are not a true reflection of how they conduct their business and a large number of those reviews are probably friends and family! I have posted my experience to my whatsapp groups and will share on my social media .
