Instructed Ellis and Co to assist in the sale of a house conversion comprising of 4 units. We quickly agreed on a very competitive fee and they arranged to have the units listed on the top property platforms as well as in their own advertising streams. The photos, 3D plans and descriptions brought our the best of the properties and truly stood out amongst other listings. Jason and Alicia were my main points of contacts. Both have a great balance of friendliness and professionalism and were easy to get hold of. It seemed they have a vast network of potential buyers as they managed to find buyers for 3 of the units within weeks and they both nurtured the deals all the way to completion. Highly recommend!!
