I can't recommend Ellis & Co enough. We bought our property from them a few years back and knew when they showed us around that if we were come to sell, that we would 100% use them. Fast forward 4 years and it was time for us to move on, so we contacted them. After agreeing on an open day we had 17 viewings lined up on a Saturday. By Monday we had 5 offers. Our legal process ended up being quite long (due to a complicated lease) but Ellis & Co really pushed the solicitors on both sides and dealt with sales progressors for our onward sale really well. Special shout out to Tony & Mark who managed this whole process. I really appreciated the direct contact and Tony's reassurance and help towards the end to get it over the line. We wouldn't be in our new house without them. In terms of London estate agents, these are the best. They're non-pushy, know the area incredibly well and their experience shines. Thanks again for making our sale (and purchase) happen!
