Excellent service

Efficient helpful service
Manager Anthony Bell and Muryam Mustafa I worked hard to obtain a successful sale on my property in what was a complex and at times frustrating transaction. They kept me updated and provided additional assistance in finding a local solicitor to oversee the legal side .

Responsive and quick under time pressure
We put our home up for rent at a difficult time of year a couple of months before Christmas. James Anderson were very accommodating and came to value my property within half an hour of me requesting a valuation. Before we had even signed the contract, they had arranged for agents from neighbouring offices to visit the property in person so they could effectively sell it over the phone and we accepted an offer after the very first viewing.

proactive and strong management of my let property.
I am a landlord of a 5 bed house that is let and managed by the team at James Anderson, East Sheen branch. Patrick, Olivia and Oliver are professional and proactive. The recent change in the lettings department (Letting team in each JA branch) has been a suscces in my opinion. They know the property and the tenants well. The young team are enthusiastic and wise beyond their years. in recent dealings with Oliver, I have been impressed by his strong management and diplomacy. Well done JA, keep it up.

Having looked to buy recently I found the attention from James Anderson to be second to none. They listened to my requirements at the registration stage and always matched properties around my wish list...the manager Anthony Bell was particularly helpful and was reassuring in what us fair to say an uncertain marketplace.
