We were pipped to the post at offer stage but when the initial offer fell through he was able to get us into the house very quickly to meet the owner so that we could re-establish our original offer. Throughout the process we felt well supported and even though he was acting on behalf of the vendor it was clear that he wanted the deal to go through and managed to smooth some of the issues that came up between the lawyers. Even after the exchange he was willing to spend time in the house with us as we measured up. Then on completion we decided to take up the JP offer of holding keys on our behalf. We dealt with a lot of agents during our long and stressful property search in Clapham and Wandsworth. But we certainly felt we could trust James Pendleton, that they were responsive, supportive and available. When we eventually come to sell we would certainly consider them.
